You are welcome to contact our office anytime for an appointment or if you just have questions related to your specific condition. Initial email or short phone discussions are offered free of charge. In person contact requires a regular consultation fee which includes pictures and a follow-up, if desired.

In order to provide the best possible initial guidance, please email Dr. Zide making sure to attach pictures of the lesion. If, after you see Dr. Zide in person he feels you might benefit from discussions with parents of children with similar lesions, he may make the appropriate referrals to former or current patients’ families, provided appropriate permission is given, as this process has proven very helpful and informative in the past.
